Sarah Breskman Cosme has worked with over a thousand clients using Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) to help them in healing various illnesses and diseases by recalling past lives. She has found that many clients brought under hypnosis recall having had contact with, or living as, extraterrestrials in their past lives. These extraterrestrials range from human-looking to non-human looking Grays or Reptilians.

According to Breskman, the Grays she has communicated with through the Higher Self of clients are highly evolved beings, which she describes as “Ascended Grays”. She says these are very different from Grays’ performing abductions involving genetic experiments and hybridization programs. Breskman says that she has not yet encountered the negative Grays performing these abductions in her QHHT sessions, as her sessions always begin by connecting with a person’s higher self, which precludes contact with negative beings involved in deception and manipulation. Breskman says she does not support the agenda of negative Grays.

Breskman also answered questions about human-looking extraterrestrials involved in helping our planet achieve a Star Trek Future, in which humanity is obliged to participate in galactic conflicts. Time travel technology came into the possession of different governments and organizations in the post-WW II era due to extraterrestrials conducting a ‘temporal war’ over Earth’s future timelines.

This all began when the German Vril Society achieved breakthroughs in torsion field physics and antigravity technology in the 1920s, which Nazi Germany took over in the 1930s and soon after, reached agreements with Draco Reptilian extraterrestrials to set up a breakaway German colony in Antarctica to safely develop space-time technologies.
