Enlighten The Shadows are a men's mental health support group that are based in Nottingham, UK. It was founded by Rory Green during the first COVID lockdown of 2020. Despite the loss of his baby, step sister to suicide, and waiting for work to start, he set up ETS as a YouTube Channel. Within a year, the lads have produced a video with all of our achievements and information for you to explore in this short documentary video.
