In Episode 1 I do a basic introduction of what the Nights Reads Podcast will be about. I also introduce the first book and first chapter of the podcast, The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
I wanted to get us started with a more common book of the public domain pantheon because nothing screams New Year and New Beginnings like the champagne-popping, sequin-wearing, and lavish soirees of Jay Gatsby.
