1. *Acknowledge it*: When you feel that emotion bubbling up, don't push it away. Recognize it, name it – "Hey, I'm feeling anxious right now."
2. *Breathe into it*: Take slow, deep breaths, and let your body relax. Feel the emotion in your body – is it in your chest, throat, or stomach?
3. *Allow it to be*: Don't try to fix or change the emotion. Just let it be there, like a wave passing through. It'll peak and subside.
4. *Observe without judgment*: Think of your emotions like clouds – they come and go. Don't label them "good" or "bad"; just observe.
5. *Practice self-compassion*: Be kind to yourself. It's okay to feel whatever you're feeling 💛.
