“They still need you as young adults.” In this week’s episode I share a few personal stories to start and then bust the myth of the empty nest experience. As my young adults leave the nest I tell you their need for help and guidance along the way. I share what it takes to become a functioning, contributing adult and mention our fledgling adults need all the guidance they are willing to take. I invite you to work on keeping a good healthy relationship to be there for them with their on the job experience of adulthood.
