In this episode we dive deep into solo dating and the discovery of true self love. When I started solo travelling and solo dating, I felt I became a whole person for the first time in my life and truly discovered who I was to the core. I felt super vulnerable in this episode and I share all of my experiences of solo dating and why and how its transformed me into the person I am right now.
I want to help as many people as possible to truly love themselves, because when we find that true love with ourselves everything else in our lives will start to fall into place. This is why I find this such an important tool in mindset and life coaching.
