À propos de cet audio
We’ve been friends since age eight. Today, Jon and I finally say the quiet parts out loud—childhood anxiety, parents’ divorce, being cast as “the quarterback” when your soul wanted to be a wide receiver, and what happens when you spend years performing a role that isn’t yours.
In this episode, I ask Jon about living with anxiety/depression, medication (and when it helps), trying ketamine therapy, and learning to advocate for yourself when doctors and systems don’t give clear answers. We also talk journaling, breathwork, alcohol and social energy, travel “freedom” vs. feeling untethered, and building a life around values—not pressure.
This episode is for you when you’re rethinking the script you’ve been handed and you’re ready to choose the role that actually fits. ⚡️❤️
