Shama is a Kundalini Yoga teacher from Egypt who is spreading the teachings as taught by Yogi Bajan. She is the founder of Yella Yoga Centre and since the age of 25, she has been pioneering in teaching Kundalini Yoga throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
