She and her husband, Rob, became caregivers when their first child, Kai, was born with a brain injury after a difficult birth. Stephanie has been Kai's primary caregiver and advocate for 18 years. In this episode she shares the twists and turns of their story and her recipe for taking care of herself and staying mentally and physically strong for her family.
