One role is badly over acted but as the whole thing is a joyful send-up it doesn't really hurt. The lead female roles are performed perfectly. They trapped me in episode 1 and kept me coming back to the end of the season. Also note the role of Glen is done very well.

The story is a bit offbeat, but it remarkably is ultimately explained in a way that takes the cartoon out and sits it firmly in fantastic fiction.

A great payoff for my Audible membership.
