Hello Friends,
In this episode, I reflect a journal piece I found recently, where I was 13 years old writing on confidence. To me I always felt that being a tall girl so young, I needed to learn hwo to walk with my head high. I would constantly try to make myself feel small, because no one else was my height. But I learned to take up the space I occupy, no matter where or what the occasion is. That was the introduction to me allowing my inner queen energy to have poise, nuture my character and appearance that feels parallel.
