Join me this week to hear about a woman who lived life with an intensity that most of us only dream about. Dervla refused to live by anyone else's standards or expectations, and at 31 decided that it was time to live her dream of riding her bike from Ireland to India. Her adventures are documented in her many, many travel books, but what she did best was see the beauty in the truth of places. She believe that travel writers had a responsibility to tell the truth and with these goals in mind, she became a chronicler of the world.
