Joe Nemet is the owner and founder of Accel Training, a strength and conditioning business that specializes in speed where he develops athletes of all levels reach their potential. Before being an elite speed coach Joe was an elite athlete himself winning a Vanier cup with Mcmaster football in 2011 and being a member of team Canada bobsleigh in the 2018 Olympics. Joe knows what it takes to make it to the highest level in sport and it shows through his coaching and success of his athletes. We are excited to have our first Olympic athlete on the show!
