As a young mom, I never set out to build a business. I was simply trying to keep my family healthy—stirring elderberry syrup at the stove with a baby on my hip and a toddler at my feet. I didn’t have a business background or a strategy, just a belief that God made our bodies to heal and a willingness to do things differently for my family.
