  • The Reconnection Project is a journey exploring the intersection of creative arts, body-centered awareness, and wellbeing, and the surprising ways in which these practices are being used to heal and transform lives limited by pain.

In the next stop on their travels, Molly and Barnaby talk with the delightful Paul Pui Wo Lee about his transition from being a dancer to being a bodyworker who helps dancers. He discusses losing his faith in art, and re-discovering a deeper sense of creativity and expression through his exposure to Feldenkrais and other somatic practices. Now he embraces the idea of not knowing, of accepting one's stupidity and ignorance as a way to discover new possibilities.
