À propos de cet audio
In this episode of “Lies. Changes. Truth.” we will be dealing with one of the most painful lies we tell ourselves — the lie that we’ll always have the people we love. We move through life assuming there will be more time, more chances, more moments… until there aren’t.
We will uncover how this mindset keeps us distracted, disconnected, and distant from the people who matter most. We’ll explore how waiting until a funeral to express love, gratitude, or appreciation robs us of the healing, joy, and connection we could have given — and received — while they were still here.
Together, we will take our beginning steps toward showing honor now, giving flowers now, speaking love now. Because we don’t have to wait for grief to teach us what gratitude should’ve taught us earlier.
As usual, we will examine how changing our mindset can elevate us to a more intentional, compassionate, and present version of ourselves — one that refuses to let pride, busyness, or fear keep us from loving people while we still can.
