Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at Roseman
University College of Medicine to talk about his journey into medicine and his

President of the Nevada Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a
member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, Dr. Vilai shares how value-based
care, humanism, and mentorship shape his work. He discusses his
leadership role at Roseman Medical Group, providing care to the underserved
youth at the Shannon West Homeless Youth Center, and his passion for
adolescent, LGBTQIA+, and behavioral health. They also discuss the
Roadrunner Visits and his dedication to training future physicians through
compassionate, community-driven care.
