This is a moment. A transmission. A declaration.
A voice note from a place I never thought I’d be able to speak from again — the void. The place I’ve spent years trying to avoid or fix. But this time, something shifted.
I came back, not to escape it, but to remember it.
And in remembering, I saw something I’d forgotten:
That this space — the heaviness, the stillness, the not-knowing — holds its own kind of light.
In this episode, I speak from that space. Not with answers, but with reverence.
Not trying to rise out of it — but learning to rise within it.
