Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations…. In today’s meditation, I’ll guide you through a meditation to send light to your pineal gland with the purpose of more restful sleep.
The pineal gland is part of the endocrine system and creates melatonin to affect your sleep cycles. In spiritual circles, it's also known as the third eye.
