À propos de cet audio
Interpersonal disconnection appears to be occurring at an epidemic level. Estrangement is the experience of distance or separation from friends and family members. It can exist as diminished contact to complete lack of communication and connection. We are living through a period of time, accelerated by heightened political intensity that has resulted in significantly heightened emotional intensity, which has the consequence often of a felt lack of being heard, understood and feeling safe. How can EFT help? It can be used to support clear decision making, mindful truth speaking and boundary setting. Tapping can certainly assist in finding healing from being hurt, angry, anxious and overwhelmed. Being able to release resentment, guilt and shame in order to choose self care, find safety, focus on personal peace first and subsequently relational healing, when and if it is appropriate and timely can all be facilitated using skillful EFT Tapping.
