  • Ep 140 // The Easy, Overlooked Way to Feel Closer to God in the Middle of Your Busy Day
    Oct 16 2025

Are you a busy mom who reads your Bible, prays, and serves—but still feels distant from God? In this episode, we’re talking about the sacred small moments—those often overlooked opportunities to experience God’s presence in your everyday life.

I share how I’ve personally discovered God in the midst of ordinary routines, especially since my husband went to Heaven and I felt that empty void of someone to talk to all the time in walking through grief. God showed me that He’s not only present in quiet devotion or long prayer times—He’s with us in the carpool line, in the laundry room, and in those tiny pauses between life’s tasks.

    We’ll explore:

    • How to notice God in the ordinary, everyday moments of your life

    • A simple, overlooked way to feel closer to God even on your busiest days

    • How to turn routine activities—folding laundry, driving, cooking—into practical moments of worship

    • Ways to experience His presence, grow in faith, and bring peace into your day

If you’ve ever felt spiritually disconnected despite doing all the “right” things, this episode will help you shift from striving to simply being with God. You’ll learn practical tips to weave faith into your busy mom life and start noticing the sacred in your small, everyday moments.

Listen now and discover how even the most ordinary moments can help you feel closer to God, find peace, and grow spiritually—right where you are.

  • Ep 139 // You Read, Pray & Serve — So Why Do You Still Feel Distant from God?
    Oct 14 2025

You Read, Pray & Serve — So Why Do You Still Feel Distant from God?

How Do You Move From Spiritual Busyness to True Intimacy with Jesus?

Do you ever find yourself doing all the right faith things — reading your Bible, praying daily, serving others — and yet your heart still feels distant, dry, or spiritually empty? You’re not alone. In this episode, we’ll explore why spiritual busyness can quietly replace closeness with God, and how Jesus invites you instead into abiding — to be with Him, not just do for Him.

We’ll unpack John 15:4–5 and what it means to dwell in Christ like a branch in the vine. You’ll hear practical, everyday rhythms and mindset shifts you can start using today to reconnect your heart with God — even when things feel dry.

    You’ll walk away with:

    • Clarity on the difference between spiritual activity and spiritual intimacy

    • Simple steps to move from striving to resting in God’s presence

    • Encouragement to remember that your faith is not defined by how much you do, but by how deeply you abide

If you’re feeling disconnected in your faith — despite doing all the “right” things — this episode is for you.
