Hey, I’m Hannah, a certified health coach, but first and foremost, I'm a Christian, wife, and a stay-at-home mom of three. I understand the overwhelm, the exhaustion, and the feeling of constantly being in "survival mode." This podcast is my way of sharing the simple, practical, and sustainable steps that have finally allowed me to reclaim my own health and energy freedom.

Life as a busy mom often means putting everyone else's needs before your own, until you look up and realize you're running on fumes. I've been there. I had all the "health knowledge"—I knew what I should be eating, how often I should be moving, and the importance of sleep. But I learned the hard way that health knowledge isn't enough; it's the ability to apply it consistently that truly matters.

For years, I felt stuck—mentally, emotionally, and physically. I was trapped by limiting beliefs and deeply ingrained habits that kept me exhausted and overwhelmed. Everything changed when I realized I needed to stop fighting against myself. I finally discovered how to get out of my own way, trust God's original and perfect design for my body, renew my mind with truth, and build small, foundational habits that were lasting and sustainable. This wasn't a crash diet or a temporary fix; it was a complete transformation of my health.

Now, I'm passionate about helping other Christian moms achieve similar breakthroughs. My mission is simple: to help moms break free from their health struggles so they can show up and be the calm, connected mom they have always wanted to be.
