    I’m Mary, a licensed professional counselor, wife, fur baby mom, and cradle Catholic. I am so excited you have decided to take this next step in finding your happiness. It is an honor to be on this journey with you. In this podcast, I will be addressing women specific issues that get in the way to finding our happiness. I will do this by marrying the two worlds of mental health and faith, specifically, the Catholic faith. I invite you to join me every Tuesday for in-depth conversations on mental health and faith. Come feeling uncertain and leave feeling inspired. God has a plan for your life sweet friend, and it is rooted in the happiness that comes only from Him.

    Hello my sweet friend! I don't know about you but I have missed our weekly chats. Today I am not 100% back rather I decided while I am in a waiting phase, (NEW version of Finding Her Happiness is coming your way soon!!!), I would come on to talk about mental health. May is Mental Health Awareness Month so in its honor I will spend this week, next week and possibly the third week talking about various mental health topics.
