  • The Secret Coach to the HYROX Elite – Mike Chadwick
    Sep 24 2025

The Secret Coach to the HYROX Elite – Mike Chadwick

This week on the show we are joined by Mike Chadwick. Mike is former Paratrooper, Special Forces Support Group Operator, Royal Army Physical Training Corps Instructor and author.

When he left the forces, Mike originally worked exclusively with Tactical Athletes to get them ready to serve. However, he has since welcomed athletes from all walks of life including many HYROX athletes. The techniques he uses get results, but Mike is discrete about his client base unless they consent to publicity. There is a good chance that your favourite athlete has visited the RedOn HYROX Performance Centre.

Alongside the HYROX Performance Centre Mike has multiple other ventures which we discuss including a book, a Backyard Ultra and his own sock company. We consider all of this and some of Mike's top tips for helping you to prioritize what you need to prioritize.
