À propos de cet audio

Welcome! This podcast is the pursuit of a dream. Fraud to Fearless was sparked by the belief that deep down, we all know there’s more waiting for us in this one wild and beautiful life. After meeting in graduate school at Utah State University, we (Brooke and Hayden) made a promise: one day, we’d build something together that mattered. Something that would have positive impact on people’s lives and empower others to live with courage, authenticity, and purpose. Today, that promise comes to life and is now available to you.

What started as a passion project has become a movement. The reality is that everyone, from interns to CEOs, feels imposter syndrome, insecurity, and self-doubt, but most stay silent. It’s seen as a weakness, vulnerability, or failure. We changed that. We built a brand that dares to talk about the real, messy, honest parts of growth, one that celebrates progress over perfection and empowers people to go from imposter to unstoppable.

Fearless isn’t about having no fear, it’s about facing it. It’s about showing up fully as yourself, giving yourself grace, and relentlessly chasing the life you were meant to live.

We believe that when you live fearless, you inspire others to do the same. This podcast is your space to do exactly that. To reflect, dream, and design that version of you, the one who is bold enough to believe that anything is possible. The tools are here. The movement is here. The transformation? It’s already within you.

Now what are you waiting for? Select an episode, hit play, and begin the pursuit of your dream YOU, the Fearless You. Let’s go!

See you on the pod,

Brooke + Hayden

Work shouldn’t suck… but for most of us, it does at some point. In this episode, we get brutally honest about the moments when work drains you: dreading Mondays, living for the weekend, crying before your shift, or relying on a mouse-jiggler just to survive the day.

From Brooke’s door-to-door sales breakdowns, to Hayden’s realization that “cool co-workers” can’t fix miserable work, this episode highlights why so many of us feel stuck and what you can actually do about it.

    You’ll learn:

✨ The real reasons jobs start to feel meaningless or overwhelming
✨ How to separate your skills from the job that’s draining you
✨ A practical inventory exercise to figure out what needs to change
✨ Why gratitude, connection, and knowing your worth re-shape your work life
✨ How to recognize when it’s time to stay, change something, or walk away

Whether your job is mildly disappointing or soul-sucking, this episode gives you the tools, perspective, and courage to take your power back.

If you’ve ever felt like work is crushing you, this one’s for you.
