I’m joined by the lovely Liz Moore, a former NHS doctor turned Wellbeing Strategist, for an honest conversation about breakdown, burnout, and what happens when women spend too long putting themselves last.
Liz shares her own journey through burnout while juggling work, motherhood and life - and how that experience reshaped the way she now supports women to move out of survival mode and into balance, vitality and calm.
We talk about why looking after your health doesn’t need to be extreme, restrictive or overwhelming. Instead, Liz’s philosophy is rooted in small, sustainable changes that fit into real life - supporting hormones, gut health, sleep, stress and the nervous system in a way that actually feels achievable.
