Mike shares how he got started working in maintenance for a property management company to then becoming a property manager himself and graduating to where he is today. Mike's story dismisses the notion of needing huge capital to begin your investment journey.

He also shares his philosophy of "anything is fixable" as a means of buckling down and grinding through the difficult times no matter how impossible it may seem. Jeri questions her husband about how they overcome issues together and though their end goals/ big dreams differ, they still align and complement one another.
