professional in the field of speech-languagepathology. With an
impressive 20 years of treating, mentoring,supervising, and conducting
research, she has established herself as aleading authority in her
field. Dr. Carter’s educational background isequally impressive, having
earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees inspeech and hearing
sciences from Tennessee State University, aswell as her Doctor of
Science degree in speech-language pathology fromRocky Mountain
University of Health Professions.
Currently, Dr. Carter utilizes her vastknowledge and expertise to bring

committee chair for doctoral students. Beyondher professional
