    One of the best things you can do to improve your health is decrease the amount of toxins in your body.

    2) Increase the number of toxins you're pushing out of your body.

    3) Strengthen the organs that are involved with the elimination of toxins.

    On this week's episode I talk about the other two strategies:

    - Increasing the number of toxins you're pushing out of your body.

    - Strengthening the organs that are involved with the elimination of toxins.

    To help with these two strategies, I share my three favorite nutritional supplements for:

    1) Killing unwanted parasites.

    2) Removing parasites and other waste products from the colon.

    3) Strengthening and supporting the organs involved with the detoxification process.
