One of the most powerful truths I’ve learned as an Animal Communicator is this: you don’t have to be special to connect — you just have to be present.
This week, I want to share a simple 5-minute guided practice that helps you quiet your mind and open your heart so you can feel your pet’s love and receive their messages more easily.
I used this exercise last week to connect with my dog-in-spirit Poda. Because I am still grieving his passing, I knew having a guide would help me relax and focus. As I followed the process, focused on my breath and opened my heart, I suddenly felt a wave of warmth and peace wash over me. In my mind’s eye, I saw Poda happily jumping around, excited to see me. When I asked him how he was doing, I was flooded with intuitive information from all of my senses. It was wonderful!
Every time I do this, I’m reminded how easy and natural it can be to communicate when we slow down and listen with love. 💗
