Kiandra Browne was born and raised in Canada, but her athletic ability brought her to America where she played basketball as an Indiana Hoosier and graduated this year from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her freshman year she made the life decision to convert to Islam. She explains her journey from Canada to America and her search for meaningful religious expression.
