Raised in Fair Oaks and loving the atmosphere of the community, Nan has over 20 years of relationship-based selling. She is a realtor with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate and is the current president of FOVEC (Fair Oaks Village Enhancement Committee).

FOVEC is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to serve the businesses and residents of the Fair Oaks Village. FOVEC's mission is to make Fair Oaks Village a better place to live and visit through projects and events by working with local businesses, property owners, and other stakeholders. We have three primary areas of focus: Infrastructure - we work to retain the Village's charm while improving our sidewalks, signage, parking, and other public enhancements. Events - we host and partner with others to bring arts, entertainment, and educational events to the Village. Communications - we partner with the County, Park District, other organizations, and local business owners to enhance understanding and build trust.

Named the best salon in Fair Oaks, Runway Salon is a 15-chair salon that boasts many hair and skin services and has recently launched the Collection@Runway carefully selected boutique boasting a denim bar, dresses, and an accessories wall. The podcast is with owner and stylist Krystal Safonov.

The Farmers Markets are open markets that serve the communities of Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Carmichael and McKinley Park. Offerings from local farmers, makers, eateries and more from anything to fresh local produce, to tamales, body products, jewelry and more. Some markets boast live music and food trucks to complete your Farmers Market experience.
