  • Welcome to a Brand new Podcast. In this series I will be chatting about Everyday life, Mental Health, Anxiety, Therapy, things that effect us all in life and much more plus in the future I would love to interview people from all walks of life regarding any subjects I cover. In the real world I work and live at a Charity Emmaus, I was made homeless in 2007 thanks to depression (this was not drugs or alcohol related) and that changed my life completely I lost everything and moved to a different town where I have been ever since, life is good now.
