This is a guided meditation hosted by me. I've been meditating for some 10 years now and this meditation with help relax and ground you, as well as help you get clear on your life path and improve how you feel.

There's an old meditation joke that says, you should meditate every day for 20 minutes, unless you don't have time, then you should meditate for an hour. Ha. I suggest trying it first thing in the morning every day. Let me know how it goes for you.
