  • A Conversation with Adam Neuman: Purpose, Passion, and Making an Impact in Sports

    On today's episode, I am speaking to Adam Neuman the current Chief of staff for the Big Ten Conference. He is responsible for the internal and external operations for 14 major universities, spanning over eleven states and nearly ten thousand student-athletes. He played a major role during the pandemic and implemented the COVID-19 testing program to help student-athletes, coaches, and staff return to competition safely. Adam also developed the Mental Health & Wellness Cabinet to help support the well-being and mental health of student athletes. In 2022, Adam was recognized in The Athletic's inaugural College Sports 40 Under 40 featuring top young coaches, players, executives, and influencers at the age of 32.
