In this 25-minute session, I invite you to join me on a gentle journey of self-discovery and healing.
My name is Brian, and I'll be guiding you today through this meditation for healing your inner child.

We’ll begin by preparing your nervous system with a powerful breathing technique, helping you settle into a state of calm and presence.
From there, I’ll guide you through a visualization designed to connect you with your inner child, offering compassion, understanding, and support to the parts of yourself that need it most.
Throughout this meditation, I’ll encourage you to listen to your body, honor your feelings, and create a safe space for healing.
