  • Why Good Leaders Make You Feel Safe | Ep 40
    Dec 11 2025

If your team can’t fail… they can’t grow. And that’s a leadership problem, not a team problem.

    This episode covers:

✅ What emotional + spiritual safety actually means (and what it doesn’t)

✅ Why unsafe leadership cultures destroy feedback, creativity, and trust

✅ How shame–fear–control cycles kill innovation and create hidden turnover

✅ What the Kingdom metrics of righteousness, peace, and joy actually look like in team culture

✅ How to cultivate a feedback culture without triggering fear or defensiveness

✅ Why transformational leadership beats transactional performance, every time

This is a must-listen for Christian entrepreneurs, CEOs, and team builders who want to lead from identity, not insecurity — and build cultures where people are free to grow, risk, and become who God designed them to be.

  • Kingdom Business Planning: God’s Provision or False Security? | Ep. 39
    Dec 11 2025

Are you planning with God, or just baptizing your hustle and calling it “strategy”?

In this episode of Heart Healthy Leadership, Greg and Angela unpack one of the most common traps for Kingdom-minded leaders: when your “productivity” can be anxiety in disguise. You’ll learn how to discern whether your momentum is Spirit-led or self-generated, why some “God ideas” are really just good ideas, and how to plan from rest instead of pressure. If your planning has felt heavy, rushed, or constantly behind, this conversation is for you.

    We talk about:

    1. The difference between movement and direction in Kingdom leadership

    2. How to tell a true God-assignment from false responsibility

    3. Why some diligent, hard-working leaders are still burning out

    4. Pruning, timing, and why delay isn’t always demonic

    5. Moving from orphan-hearted entrepreneurship to sonship and governance in business

🎧 This episode will help you plan in step with the Spirit instead of striving in your own strength.

  • EP 38: Exuberant Belief Vs. Faith
    Sep 3 2025

    Are You Face-Planting in “Faith”?

The money didn’t come. The doors stayed shut. You’re left exhausted, confused, and secretly wondering: Did I miss God—or was that real faith?

This episode cuts through the hype and exposes one of the most misunderstood practices in the church today: the difference between Spirit-led faith and spiritual presumption.

We unpack how performance Christianity trains us to declare things God never told us to build, why presumption often hides under the mask of obedience or self-motivation, and what it actually looks like to walk by faith—in relationship with the Holy Spirit, not hype.

    We share raw stories, including:

    1. Prophetic words that went sideways
    2. “Faith moves” in business that were actually self-driven
    3. The contrasting fruit that shows up when faith flows from hearing God’s voice in safe community

If you’ve been burned by your own boldness, pressured to look like a risk-taker, or confused by declarations that fell flat, this conversation will free you to walk in authentic faith—not performance.

    In this episode:

    1. How to tell if you’re moving in faith or presumption
    2. Why comfort and control sabotage faith
    3. The difference between costly faith and heavy performance
    4. Why safe community is essential for testing words and decisions
    5. What Abraham, Sarah, and the Hall of Faith reveal about trust and process

Faith doesn’t ignore reality—it invites heaven into it. Tune in and trade exuberant belief for the substance of Spirit-led faith.

  • EP 37: Is It Warfare or Misalignment? Discernment for Kingdom Leaders
    Aug 26 2025

This week I share a personal story from a season (not too long ago) where we faced financial dryness, fear, and the mental hurdles that came with it.

One thing we discovered through that process was this: not every battle you face is spiritual warfare.

From the outside, people often assumed we were “under attack.” But the truth was, God had us in a process of alignment — working on our hearts in ways that circumstances couldn’t define. We don’t discern from our circumstances inward. We discern from what God is doing and live from that peace outward.

Sometimes what feels like an “attack” is actually misalignment. And when we let circumstances reveal what’s really happening in our hearts, we have the chance to return to alignment in Him, yielding to what our good Father is doing.

In this episode of Heart-Healthy Leadership, Greg and I unpack the crucial difference between genuine warfare from the enemy and the consequences of living misaligned. My hope is that this conversation gives you language and discernment to engage with God in your circumstances — and rise up into His perspective.

    We explore:

    • Why burnout, confusion, and striving often get mislabeled as warfare
    • The deceptive pull of the “tree of good” that looks holy but produces no life
    • How alignment brings real authority without making life “easy”
    • Stories from leaders who discovered they weren’t under attack — they were simply misaligned
    • How to discern with wisdom and revelation so you stop fighting the wrong battles

If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this warfare, or is it something deeper?” — this conversation will bring clarity and peace.

👉 Share this episode with a leader who feels stuck in endless “spiritual battles.”
