When asked about the high-fail rate of new real estate agents, Heather says it comes down to two things. One is that when faced with an uncertain future of a self-employed career, many people struggle with the fear and shock of no longer being an ‘employee.’ Secondly, it takes a few months for agents to close their first deal, and by that time, many quit before they begin thanks to self-doubt and discouragement.
