We speak about Helen’s performance beginnings in poetry slams and the early influences which inspired her to bring an element of surprise into her work and play with audience expectations, how being onstage invited her to be and share more of who she really is, what makes the collaboration with her director work as well as it does and how she sees success as being standing by everything you do and being content with that.
