À propos de cet audio
This week 'Heritage Is...' explores artificiality in the heritage sector, looking at the role and use of replicas and questioning to what extent we should be making use of these replacement resources. Taking in dinosaur bones, contested human remains from Wales and the Lascaux caves, this episode concludes with an exploration on whether or not Venice could be recreated in the United Arab Emirates...extreme, but it could happen.
We also wish a happy Hispanic Heritage Month to our listeners, and include some links below with resources connected to the month-long festival of heritage - National Archives; National Museum of the American Latino.
As always, please come and have a chat with me about these themes at Kasuutta or Heritage_Is.
