Happy New Year, much love to you all, as we enter into a new year, everyday just wake up with love in your heart, healing on your mind, and open up to grace & understanding with thyself and among others.

We all have our own experiences and relationships with cannabis, some positives/negatives, everybody's cannabinoid system varies, how we process is different yet we all have found solace, love & adoration within it, whether it's your favorite edible or cart or just some well groomed flower it's effects & benefits we all relish in our individual & communal relationship with cannabis, as I sit down with 3 women who talk about their own exposures and experiences with cannabis,

For awhile now I have been thinking why is it programmed in all of us to say "What do we do?" as individuals the truth is we do a multitude of things at various periods of life, I hope you enjoy this episode as I sit down with 2 remarkable women and we dive deeper into this question and express our truths and feelings on it.

For our inaugural season finale I decided to slide in the kitchen with 2 of the most amazing people in my life Cheska & Ryan as I make one of my favorite cannabis infused dishes for the summer!
