    Who am I?

I am a "whosoever" and I am loved by God.

John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that WHOSOEVER believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 10:13, 14 (KJV) 13 For WHOSOEVER shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, babbling steam within them, giving them eternal life.

Proverbs 8:35 (NLT) For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord.

You weren’t an accident; you weren’t mass produced. You weren’t an assembly-line product. You were deliberately planned, specifically gifted, and lovingly positioned on earth by the master craftsman. ~Max Lucado

Do you feel like an outcast? Do you feel like you don’t belong anywhere? Do you feel abandoned?

Jesus is the call to belong!

If you wake up feeling fragile, remember that God is not, and then trust Him to be everything you need today. ~ John Piper

It’s okay to be happy...God has good plans for you.

Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord.. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Psalm 103:17 NIV But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—

He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has give me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what He has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord.

It's 11:59 3/4 and we are up against a wall and we see no way out, what do we do?!?! How do we learn to trust God?

    Answer: DEEP ROOTS

    Ephesians 1:5 NLT

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.

    Romans 12:19 NLT

Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say,

    “I will take revenge;

    I will pay them back,”[g]

    says the Lord.

    Psalms 91 NLT

1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

3 Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.

4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,

6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.

8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

9 If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling,

10 no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.

    11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;

12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

14 “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

15 He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.

16 With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”

How can we learn to trust Him…how do we develop those faith muscles, those deep roots? God says in ...

    Matthew 13:21 NLT

But since they don’t have deep roots, they don’t last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God’s word.

We need deep roots in God’s word.

But then we might think we aren’t worthy of God’s love and help…okay what does He say about that?

    Romans 3:22 NLT

We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.

    Romans 10:17 NLT

So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.

This tells us that we need to hear the good news of Christ and with that comes faith.

God's living word that has the power to calm even the most agitated and worried soul.

Dig in and never let go!

  • Even If = Faith / What If = Fear

    EVEN IF = FAITH

    WHAT IF = FEAR

Nothing ahead of you is bigger or stronger than the power of God behind you!

God will make a way for you…He did it before and He will do it again!

With His love He will calm all your fears.

    Zephaniah 3:17 (NLT)

17 For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

Sometimes we are like the waves and the storms…tossed to and fro…but Jesus says…peace be still!

    Mark 4:39 (KJV)

39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

    Jesus is always the answer.

No matter what we face we can be sure He will be there and will not leave us.
