Mohabbat is a term that means love, but not just simple love, it means the love of a lifetime. It encompasses all types of love, whether it be romantic, or towards art, or towards an idea, and the stories that stem from someone’s love is what brings our show to life. The word 'Mohabbatein' sums up our series in more ways than one. The reason for that is that this series shines a spotlight on artists throughout history, spanning across generations. In this series, we learn about the lives of these artists, we put on their masks and look at the world through their eyes, learning about their ups and downs, their successes and their failures, their muses, and their motivations. We get to see what truly inspired these artists, whether it be the love for their craft, the love for another person that inspired them, the heartbreaks in their lives that came from love lost, or the love for the idea of creating. When we boil down to it all, the core emotion that is left behind is love or more aptly put, 'Mohabbat' and hence the name 'Mohabbatein'. In the twenty-first episode, we once again turn our eyes to an artist, but this time, an artist whose work takes life on the canvas. This artist is someone who made a name for himself internationally, and this is none other than Maqbool Fida Hussain aka M.F. Hussain. In this episode, we will be learning about a part of his life where he traveled to Czech Slovakia for an art exhibition, and during his time there, he met a Maria who he fell in love with while he was already married to his wife back in India. Their love flourished to the extent that they were in a live-in relationship. What does the future hold for this relationship? Will their love flourish?
