À propos de cet audio
How to Keep Going is an episode about resilience without the toxic positivity or the nonsense we are usually fed. As someone disabled, chronically ill and recovering from trauma, resilience has never meant being strong all the time. It has looked like coping, crashing, rebuilding and trying again. In this episode I talk about practical ways I get through the harder days, how I define strength now, and why community and support matter more than anything. If you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or stuck, I hope this gives you something grounding and useful.
