Russell Harpring gained his doctorate in 2023, with a composite thesis entitled “Cash and Voucher Assistance in Humanitarian Contexts: Supply Chain Determinants for Feasibility and Operability". Dr Harpring leaves HUMLOG to begin work as a technical advisor on cash and voucher assistance with Catholic Relief Services.
