On this Episode, Spartan Killington Ultra Race recap with Neil Murphy and Nick West. We talk about how both of their races went. Neil has raced at Killington every year; this year placing top 10 in Elite. Nick DNFed last year, and came back with a vengeance this year, completing it in under 12 hrs. Neil also had success stories of other racers he coached this year that also finished for the first time! Lots of great info if you’re thinking about taking on this course.

On this Episode, my friend Tommy Davidson tells us about his experience in Spartan Racing. He started back in 2012 at the young age of 58, and is still racing competitively at 71. Tommy has raced in Greece at Sparta Trifecta World Championships. He has, also, ran with the bulls, but not in Spain, though. He will be taking on Killington Beast for the first time next weekend, as well.
