  • It's Giving Irish Content Creator Fyiya
    Feb 25 2026

Shane is back and this week he is joined by content creator and singer Fyiya and it is exactly the mix of chaos and honesty you would expect.

They get into Fyiya world of food content creating, the strange food combinations she genuinely loves, the weird comments that come with posting online and the reality of building a brand around something as simple as what you eat. There are plenty of laughs, a few moments of pure disgust and a lot of oversharing.

The conversation shifts into more personal territory too. They speak openly about autism and ADHD, what it is actually like living with it day to day, the misconceptions, the coping mechanisms and the humour you have to find in it. Fyiya also shares her experience with endometriosis and the frustration that can come with trying to be taken seriously when you are in pain.

Of course, it would not be this podcast without a bit of chaos. They play a round of This or That, tell funny stories from nights away and somehow end up talking about the time they shared a bed.

    Feb 18 2026

Shane is not holding back in this episode of I Said What I Said. For the first time he openly speaks about why he is single and what has really been going on beneath the surface. From seeking love and validation in the wrong places to finally recognising the red flags he used to ignore, this is Shane at his most honest.

He dive's into what he now knows he needs to watch out for in future relationships and what he actually wants from a partner. There is self awareness, a few hard truths, and a lot of growth.

He play's Truth or Trash with a red flag and green flag twist, putting his dating mindset to the test. Social Media Roulette also makes a return and hilariously lands on his producer Katie’s own video, forcing him to give his unfiltered feedback. Yes, there are two rounds and yes, it gets interesting. Shane also opens up about feeling ready to stop filtering himself and caring so much about what other people think. He talks about stepping into a more unfiltered version of himself and what that means for the future of the podcast.

It is deep, it is funny, it is chaotic, and as always there are plenty of laughs along the way.

  • It’s Giving Palentines with Niamh & Beth
    Feb 10 2026

This Valentine’s Day, Tipsy Topics, I Said What I Said, and Unscripted come together for a very special crossover episode celebrating Palentine’s because love isn’t just about romance, it’s about friendship, growth, and the people who get you through it all.

Beth, Shane, and Niamh sit down for a no-filter, chaotic chat about love in all its forms. From unhinged first dates, to red flags and feral stories like getting sick during a very intimate moment, there's nothing but honesty here.

The trio also play a game of Two Truths One Lie, talk about how you know someone is 'the one' and get deep talking about the importance of self-worth and self-love before anything else.

With all the oversharing there's also ideas for your palentine's day plans, along with movie recommendations for the love birds and those who need to be reminded why love might not be all it's cracked up to be.

Whether you’re single, taken, in a situationship, or just here for the craic, this episode is your reminder that love comes in many forms, and sometimes the best ones are platonic.

    Happy Palentine’s 💕
