À propos de cet audio

Green Jobs, Good Jobs is a podcast at the intersection of workforce development and sustainability. Each episode explores the future of work in a changing world; one where good careers and a greener planet go hand in hand. Our mission is to share the voices of professionals who are shaping the sustainability sector today. From weatherization professionals and clean energy workers to educators and business leaders, guests open up about their personal journeys: how they got started, what keeps them motivated, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. Along the way, we unpack what building science and weatherization really mean and how they improve comfort, health, and energy efficiency in homes and communities. They’ll also share practical advice for students, jobseekers, and career changers who are curious about breaking into the green economy. By showcasing these conversations, our podcast aims to inspire, educate, and empower the current and next generation of sustainability, weatherization, and energy efficiency workers. We’re not just talking about jobs. We’re talking about meaningful work that supports strong communities, clean energy solutions, and a more sustainable economy. Whether you’re a student wondering how to start a career in sustainability, an employer thinking about workforce development, or simply someone passionate about the connection between work and the environment, you’ll find insights, stories, and inspiration here. Join us as we learn from the people building a more sustainable future, one job at a time!2025 Earth Forward Group
