I realized something yesterday. Because of chronic illness and weakness, I don’t trust my body. And because, despite ongoing pain and fatigue, I tended to keep going, my body doesn’t trust me either. And the same can apply to my mind and heart. Do I trust my judgment? Does my judgment trust me? Can you relate? In what way? While our nation descends into cruelty and chaos, do we feel secure in and about ourselves? If not, how do we rebuild trust?
