Are you trying to conceive, doing everything you can, hoping this month might finally be the one with the positive pregnancy test, while quietly wondering if life can still feel meaningful if motherhood doesn’t happen the way you dreamed?

Do you ever ask, “Will I still have purpose? Will my life still be whole?”

Maybe you’re caught between letting go and letting God while tracking ovulation symptoms and doing everything you can to become a mother. But you’re bone weary, and the questions, the decisions, the emotions just keep piling up.

You’re praying hard, reading your Bible, putting on a brave face at church, but inside, you’re running on empty, worn down, anxious, and wondering how much longer you can hold it together.

Maybe you're questioning your worth, your decisions, even your faith. You trust God, but some days you quietly ask, “Is He really hearing me? Or has He forgotten?” Especially in a church full of growing families, it can feel like you’ve been overlooked.

If this is you, know that I see you because I’ve been there.

I’m Lyndell Renae, a Jesus-loving wife, mum, and Christian fertility coach and mentor, with a background in nursing and women’s ministry. I’ve walked through grief, anxiety, decision fatigue, and deep spiritual wrestling.

My journey was messy and imperfect. Some days, I didn’t know if I was holding on to God or just barely holding it together.

But those very struggles led me to the anchors I needed. Anchors that helped me think clearly, choose wisely, and build trust in God and Christ-centered hope, hope that steadied me not just in the midst of infertility, but beyond it too.

Whether you’re navigating IUI, IVF, miscarriage, embryo adoption, secondary infertility, or trying naturally, you are so welcome here.

It’s my sincere hope to provide you with honest, gospel-shaped conversations and real stories, both from my own journey and from women who’ve walked similar roads, sharing what helped, what we’d do differently, and the truths that held us steady, so your path feels lighter, more supported, and grounded in Christ.

We’ll talk about emotional well-being, simple conception tips, and biblical truth that helps you make wise, godly decisions even when the outcome is unknown.

If you’re tired of walking this road alone, done pretending you’re okay, and ready to refresh your hope and renew your mind, your marriage, your relationships, your life - then you’re in the right place.

You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
Christ goes before you, and I’m right here beside you every step of the way.

  • 8 | Has God Abandoned Me While Longing For A Baby?
    Jan 14 2026

Has God Abandoned Me While Longing for a Baby?

Do you ever wonder if God has forgotten you in your fertility journey, or if your prayers for conception will ever be answered? When the ache for a child is deep and the waiting feels endless, it’s understandable to find yourself questioning God’s presence and faithfulness.

In this episode, I reflect on Psalm 20 and the tension between desire and uncertainty. You’ll hear why hope can feel confusing when we want specific outcomes, why God’s presence doesn’t depend on whether prayers are answered, and how longing and struggle do not mean you are abandoned or unloved.

This episode is about finding steady hope in Christ, even when your journey feels heavy or positive pregnancy tests remain elusive.

  • 7 | Should You Tell People About Your Fertility Struggles - Or Keep It Private?
    Jan 7 2026

Do you feel unsure about who to tell, what to share, or whether to stay quiet when it comes to your fertility journey? Between well-meaning questions, church conversations, family expectations, and online spaces that feel both supportive and exposing, deciding whether to speak up or stay private can feel surprisingly heavy when you are navigating fertility challenges or delayed conception.

In this episode, I talk about why the pressure to share can feel so strong, why silence is not the same as secrecy or fear, and how trust in God helps us make wise, grounded decisions about whether or not you disclose your pain. I explore the difference between sharing from a place of peace versus sharing from pressure, and why you do not owe your story to everyone.

You will hear practical guidance for discerning who is safe, when sharing may be helpful, and when protecting your heart is the wisest option. We also talk about how faithfulness is not measured by how much you disclose, why privacy can honour God, your marriage, and your capacity, and how Christ-centered hope steadies us even when our story remains unseen by others.

    Dec 31 2025

Timelines, expectations, perfectionism, and even putting your life on hold can quietly pile up, leaving you exhausted, discouraged, and questioning where God is in the waiting. In this episode, I talk honestly about four things to consider letting go of in 2025—not because your longing for a baby doesn’t matter, but because God never intended you to carry this season alone. We’ll explore how releasing these burdens can create space to breathe, to live faithfully in the present, and to anchor your hope in Christ, even when the waiting feels long and painful. I pray this episode meets you gently right where you are.
